Do you offer phone support?

No, we do not offer phone support. Because of the nature of our business, we only offer support via email. This allows us to resolve issues more efficiently, as it is much quicker to have someone copy and paste their PayPal transaction id or Order number, along with their character ID number, to receive assistance with an issue.

Please visit the Payments section of the Help Pages for any assistance with a Billing issue. Make sure that you copy and paste your PayPal transaction ID number exactly as it appears in your PayPal receipt email so that we can provide you with assistance. If it is not copy and pasted, it will not show up in PayPal's system. If you need help locating your PayPal transaction ID, PayPal is happy to assist you with this. You can receive help from PayPal by visiting their Customer Service page, as it has information containing their phone numbers as well as help by email.
