If you purchased an Artix Entertainment upgrade card, you need to go to the Upgrade Card page to redeem it.
Please follow the instructions there to upgrade your character.
If you are still having trouble using the upgrade card to upgrade, and have made sure that you are typing in the correct PIN number, please send us the following information.
Please send us:
1. the serial number on the card
2. the PIN number
3. Where you bought the card (Store, and State location)
4. Account User Name
5. Character ID of your character
