We recommend that you use PayPal (we have step by step instructions), as it is the fastest way to become a Guardian.
We have used PayPal for the last few years because it easy, safe, and owned by eBay. To become a guardian via PayPal simply go to the link above and enter your username and password to start the process. Once your character is upgraded, you will receive an email confirmation letter, as well as an email with detailed instructions on how to customize your Guardian armor.
PayPal will allow most people to set up an account that will allow them to pay by debit card, credit card, echeck or instant bank transfer. PayPal upgrades are instantaneous once PayPal receives your payment. For more information about PayPal, please visit http://www.PayPal.com
Note: If you choose to pay with a payment option where PayPal has to wait for the payment to clear, such as with an echeck, you will be upgraded only after the payment has cleared.
SECURE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
We also use secure link merchant services for credit card payments. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover this way. Payments are done quickly using a secure and fast shopping cart.
Note: We do not accept pre-paid Visa/MasterCard/Amex Gift Cards as payment. These cards do not have the proper security information printed on the cards in order to process online payments. Call the phone number on the back of your Gift Card for more information.
We now have upgrade cards for sale at Targets in the USA. We also have upgrade cards for sale at Best Buy. You can use them to upgrade in our games. You can see the current list of where we will be selling upgrade cards here. Please note, you do have to have an Artix Master Account created via our Portal Site to redeem an upgrade card for Artix (Battleon) Points. You also must have your AdventureQuest account linked to your Artix Master Account to spend your Points on an AdventureQuest upgrade/Z-Tokens.
If you have any issues using PayPal or PayByCash, or feel more comfortable doing it the old fashioned way, you can send a check or money order using our printable mail in form.
Please note, we only accept checks and money orders from Australia and New Zealand if the amount is in USD.
FOR HELP WITH CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Visit www.xe.com if you want to pay in any other currency than USD. Remember, if the amount is, for example $19.95 USD and it equals 23.15 in your currency, you round that up to 24.00.
If you cannot print out the mail in form, you can write the information neatly by hand. That form is used no matter what currency you are sending, so just put USD = the amount in your currency if you are not sending USD. You must use the information from the mail in form because it includes your character id number, which is critical for upgrading your account. We recommend that you use Delivery Confirmation so that you can track your letter from your home to our office. We then process your letter. Once it has been processed, we will upgrade your account. This can take a few days.
A lot of people have written asking if they can send cash. Although some people have sent their upgrade in that way, it is much safer to get a money order from your local convenience store. Postal mail can take a while, especially if you are overseas, so allow a few weeks for your payment to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation letter once you are upgraded. If you send cash, you do so at your own risk.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over postal mail and are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Also, keep in mind that it takes us time to process each letter.
Our recommendation for the fastest, safest upgrade is to use PayPal.
