We will refund duplicate purchases that were made by mistake if we are notified within 60 days. We do not refund purchases for characters that were made legitimately and then played. Accounts may be disabled once any payment has been refunded. There are no refunds available after 60 days or after any game play.

Z-Token Refunds:
We will refund duplicate orders that were made by mistake. However, after 60 days, or if the purchased tokens have been used to buy in-game items, a refund will not be issued.

If you feel there has been a payment made in error, please provide us with the information listed below.

To assist us, please provide us with:

  • First & Last Name
  • Date & Amount of each transaction
  • the PayPal transaction ID or Credit Card transaction ID

Our secure credit card system is processed through PayPal. You must contact PayPal and ask them to email you all of the PayPal transaction ids for the transactions. To find out the transaction ids needed to obtain a refund, you must contact PayPal's customer service. Please visit PayPal's Customer Service Page.

Be sure to COPY & PASTE the PayPal transaction id into the email response that you send us. PayPal transaction ids are case sensitive, and they will show up as invalid if you do not copy and paste them exactly as PayPal writes them.

If you tried to make a payment to us, and received a message that the payment failed but you still see a charge on your account from us, you will have to contact PayPal. Normally, that means that the failed payment is a pending transaction that will never actually go through. However, sometimes PayPal will put a hold on the payment method for the amount of the transaction. You will have to contact your financial institution. Please be aware that we cannot initiate transactions from our end; we can only receive them. You can contact PayPal's Customer Service at their Customer Service Page.

Please be aware that we cannot initiate transactions from our end; we can only receive them. This is because we use secure third party services such as PayPal, our Secure Credit Card System (PayPalPro) who receives your payment information, we never receive your payment information. This means that we cannot bill you. We cannot charge you. We can only receive a payment from you. We never receive your credit card number.

Note: If you buy Z-Tokens and spend them, you are not eligible for a refund. Our services have been rendered and merchandise cannot be returned.
