If your account is disabled it is because PayPal, PayByCash, Secure Credit Card, or Click and Buy, contacted us and said that the transaction that upgraded your character was reported as unauthorized, or that the payment was cancelled. When this happens, your account is disabled. If the check or money order that you sent in the mail bounced, your account is disabled.
If you believe that your character has been disabled by mistake, please send us:
If you paid with PayPal: Your PayPal transaction ID number
If you paid with Click And Buy: Your Click And Buy Transaction ID number
If you paid with PayByCash: Your PayByCash Transaction ID number
If you paid with Secure Credit Card (PayPal Pro): Your PayPal transaction ID number
If you paid with a check or money order: Your check or money order number

To retrieve your PayPal Transaction ID, you need to look at your PayPal confirmation email, or contact PayPal's customer service by visiting PayPal's Contact Page.
We cannot accept the number from your credit card statement or bank statement because that is not the same as your PayPal Transaction ID or receipt id number.
If you paid with our Secure Credit Card System we need you to contact PayPal and give them your credit card information, and ask them to email you the PayPal transaction id. This is because PayPal is the third party company that processes all of our Secure Credit Card payments.
If the payment information you send us has been cancelled or is disputed, your account will not be reactivated.
Be aware, it can take us up to three business days to answer an email because we only have real people reading and responding to the emails. If you do not provide all of the required information for assistance with your problem, you will receive an email telling you to provide more information.
