What do I do to get my account back if I disputed payments with you?

If you disputed payments with us in the past or received refunds for payments and your account was disabled because of this, and you want your account back here is what you have to do.


The ONLY payment method we accept for a repayment is a money order as this is the only payment method accepted when an account is disabled. If you do not know what a money order is, here is an explanation.


If you disputed a payment and a chargeback was received, you must repay however may payments were disputed plus the chargeback fee.


Please note, there is a different chargeback fee depending on what payment method you used. For PayPal/PayPalPro/ClickandBuy, their chargeback fee is $10. For Ultimate Pay, their chargeback fee is $12.


If you had a non-chargeback payment issue, you do not need to pay the chargeback fee. If you do not know if you had a chargeback or not, you will have to confirm that with whatever payment company you used.


If you have payments in all of our games, your money order must include all games. You cannot get your account back without paying for everything that you disputed, plus the fee. We were charged this fee when you disputed the payments.


Please note, if you had an SMS payment or Offer payment disputed/canceled, please disregard the chargeback fee.


1. Total up the number of payments that were disputed.


$24.95, $49.95, $19.95, $9.95


2. Add a $10 or $12 fee per transaction.


$24.95+$10.00 (or $12), $49.95+10.00 (or $12), $19.95+$10.00 (or $12) , $9.95+10.00 (or $12) = $144.80 (or $152.80)


3. Get a money order for the total.


$144.80 (or $152.80)


4. Mail it to:

5. Be sure to print a copy of this page and include:

Account User Name
Account Email Address and Buyer Email Address if different

Character ID (if you have it)


You can also include any copies of email conversations you have with the AE HelpTeam as this will help us recall the specific issue you had.


PLEASE NOTE: If you disputed a payment by mistake, you can contact PayPal, UltimatePay or ClickandBuy and see if you can get the chargeback retracted or lifted. If you do, you will have to email us confirmation of this and it will have to be verified on our end before your game account is reinstated.
