Many people have asked how to confirm their email address. It is easy! Please note that after you confirm your email correctly, you receive 1000 gold for each character and a one-time temporary login pass that starts right after you confirm your email and only lasts for 48 hours. You can only receive the login pass and gold once.
1. Login to Manage Your Account.
2. Enter your email address and your password.
3. Then click on the Change Email button.
You will receive an email with the subject line: =AQ= AdventureQuest Confirmation
5. Click on
the link that is in the email. If you cannot click on the link, copy and paste the entire link into your web browser.
6. If it is successful you will see this message:
There is also a Resend Email button if you currently have your preferred email address already set in your account and would like to receive the confirmation email again. All you have to do is click the resend button.
Please be aware that you may need to check your Spam/Junk mail filtering if you don't receive an email from our system. Sometimes, the email is sent to your Spam or Junk mail box and you need to look for it, then mark it as not spam/junk. Also, some mail systems refuse to accept email from @battleon.com. You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider to find out if this is the case.
Note: If you do not see the above image after you complete all of these steps, you will not receive your login pass or your gold. Please follow the steps above to complete confirming your email address. The 48 hour Login Pass can only be obtained once, and your 48 hours starts as soon as you click the link in the email to confirm.
Once you have successfuly done this, you receive your gold automatically.
