How do I redeem an upgrade card?
All you need to do is click on the Redeem Card button for the Artix Entertainment game of your choice.
You will be taken to a special page where you will log in, select the upgrade you would like, and enter your unique pin code!
Does my upgrade card expire?
Your upgrade card does NOT expire. You can redeem it any time.
We recommend using it as soon as you can after purchasing the card, so that you don't forgot about it, or lose your card!
What happens if an error screen appears when my pin code is entered?
If you get a message that says that the card has "not yet been activated", please return to the store where you purchased the card, and bring your sales receipt.
If you get an "error upgrading character" message, click the Contact Help link on the web page with the error message, and we will help you as soon as possible.
If you have already used your upgrade card, you will get a message saying that you (or someone you gave the PIN number to) has already used it.
What upgrades are available with my card?

Will my unused balance remain in my card account?
You can only get Upgrades or packages worth the exact dollar value of your pre-paid card, so you will never have an unused balance in your account.

Be sure to bookmark the site! You must have an existing game account, or create a new free account before you are able to use your upgrade card!
