| Can I purchase Z-Tokens via postal mail? |
| Certainly. Start your order by using the login form on this page. When asked, choose either the PayByCash option or the Direct Mail-In option. We recommend checks or money orders as a safe way to send in the payment for your order. Please allow up to two weeks for your character to be processed in the United States, and one to six weeks if the payment is via International postal mail. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, nor for how long it may take for a letter to reach us. |

| How much is the payment amount in my currency? |
| We found this great online currency converter at XE.com.
You can visit their site, enter our price to convert it to your currency.
The rates fluctuate all of the time so as long as your payment is close we will honor it. |
| Is there a limit on the number of Z-Tokens I can buy? |
| To protect from possible credit card fraud, or accidental ordering of too many tokens, we have placed a limit of no more than 20000 (twenty thousand) Z-Tokens purchased per AQ character within a 30 day period. A few months after your first Z-Token purchase, this limit is increased for your account. |
| Refund Policy |
| We will refund duplicate purchases that were made by mistake if we are notified within 30 days. However, if the character(s) have been played or ztokens have been spent, we will not issue a refund. There are no refunds available after 30 days or if the upgrades have been used. If there are any refunds, disputes or chargebacks made on behalf of a player's account, that account - and any associated accounts - may be permanently disabled. Any refunds made are at the sole discretion of our Customer Service Department. In other words, you cannot purchase tokens, buy special in-game items, play with them for awhile, and then ask for a refund on your order. You will not receive one. You can however, sell the in-game items back for Z-Tokens, and then exchange those tokens for gold at any shop inside the game. |
