FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I purchase Z-Tokens via postal mail?

Certainly. Start your order by using the login form on this page. When asked, choose either the PayByCash option or the Direct Mail-In option. We recommend checks or money orders as a safe way to send in the payment for your order. Please allow up to two weeks for your character to be processed in the United States, and one to six weeks if the payment is via International postal mail. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, nor for how long it may take for a letter to reach us.

How long will it take to process my character?

Credit/Debit/Paypal/ClickandBuy
If you sign up using the username/password box on the previous page, the process is automatic and your character will be processed almost instantly. PayPal orders are instantaneous once PayPal receives your payment.

PayByCash
If you use PayByCash to make your payment, your character will automatically be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment from PayByCash. Time to process depends upon the form of payment chosen within the PayByCash payment process. If you mail a check or use any other form of mail-in payment, the money will need to arrive at PayByCash and be processed by them, before they can notify us.

Mail - Check / Money Order
We check the mail here in Land O' Lakes, Florida every weekday. Please allow up to two weeks for your character to be processed. Your character will be processed as soon as your letter arrives and we will send you a confirmation email the moment your character is equipped. If you live outside of the United States please allow a little longer. Do not worry, your letter will eventually get here and your character will be processed. They always do!

How much is the payment amount in my currency?

We found this great online currency converter at XE.com. You can visit their site, enter our price to convert it to your currency. The rates fluctuate all of the time so as long as your payment is close we will honor it.

Is there a limit on the number of Z-Tokens I can buy?

To protect from possible credit card fraud, or accidental ordering of too many tokens, we have placed a limit of no more than 20000 (twenty thousand) Z-Tokens purchased per AQ character within a 30 day period. A few months after your first Z-Token purchase, this limit is increased for your account.
